Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and packed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Shipping Information
Orders are currently available for delivery within Cyprus and Greece.
We ship our packages using BOX NOW, with orders delivered to a BOX NOW locker for convenient collection.
Orders are normally prepared and handed over for delivery within 2–3 business days. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an update regarding your shipment.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Cyprus: approximately 1–3 business days
Greece: approximately 5–10 business days
Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weekends, public holidays or courier delays.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
International Orders
International shipping may be available depending on your location. Customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking details first.
